Fees & Payment

Intake Session: $250

We’ll map out your goals, talk through your history, and make a plan for what kind of EMDR work makes the most sense.

EMDR Intensive Preparation + Integration Sessions: $200

Hour-long preparation and integration sessions are scheduled before and/or after EMDR intensives.

These sessions help us prepare for the work, support your nervous system, and make space for what comes up afterward.

They are billed separately from the intensive block.

EMDR Intensives : $250/hr

Longer, focused EMDR sessions created for deeper processing when your nervous system is ready.

Trauma Psychotherapy : $200/hr

Available as weekly or biweekly sessions.

My practice is primarily private pay.

I am currently in-network with Aetna only.

For Aetna members, insurance may be used for eligible initial intake appointments and standard hour-long psychotherapy sessions. EMDR Intensives are private pay only and are not billed to insurance.

Intensives are extended-format sessions that fall outside the standard psychotherapy session structure Aetna reimburses. Because of that, the full cost of an intensive is the client’s responsibility, even if I am in-network with your Aetna plan.

Superbills are not available for EMDR Intensives, as these extended sessions are not being submitted for insurance reimbursement.

For clients using other insurance plans, I may be able to provide a superbill for eligible standard psychotherapy services, depending on your out-of-network benefits.

Good Faith Estimate & No Surprises Act

If you are not using insurance for sessions (or do not have insurance), you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining how much your mental health care is expected to cost.

This estimate is based on my current fees and the information we have at the time (for example, how often we plan to meet and for how long). It is not a contract or a guarantee of total cost, but it is meant to help you understand and plan for the financial side of therapy.

You can request a Good Faith Estimate from me at any time before starting services or at any point during your work with me.

For more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, you can visit the federal No Surprises Act website.

HSA/FSA cards are welcome.

Many clients prefer private pay for the increased flexibility, confidentiality, and ability to focus on their goals rather than insurance limitations.
